The Simpsons DVD news: Announcement for The Simpsons - The Complete 12th Season | TVShowsOnDVD.com.

This is the season when the Simpsons began its decline. In my humble opinion, of course, some say it began much earlier. There are some really great episodes in this season, including "New KIds On the Bleech", "Hungry Hungry Homer" and "Trilogy of Error", but more than a few that have an ominous whiff of mediocrity about them. 

Sadly, once I purchase this season, Simpsons seasons will no longer be a slam-dunk, day of release purchase for me. I'll probably buy seasons 13 and 14 but will probably wait until they're on sale at Target. Ah, well.

Ranking the Bond films

From most to least favorite. As you can see, I'm not one of those Daniel Craig/Sean Connery snobs, I think Roger Moore was awesome as James Bond. (Nostalgia may play a part, since when I first discovered James Bond coincided with the period of the best Moore films of the series.)
