Wy should you listen to me? Honestly, you shouldn't. I don't really have any experience managing or leading web 2.0 companies. Just a vague sense I could do it better if I ever got the chance. For what it's worth, I've worked in a great variety of peon positions in such tech companies as Micro Focus, Intuit, Aldus, Interactive Catalog and many others.
